Wuhan University of Science and Technology (WUST) is a high-level university jointly founded by the Hubei province and ministries. WUST has participated in the “National Basic Ability Construction Project in Western and Central China” and is a “Double First-class” university in Hubei. Remarks:
1. The benefits are determined case by case, with consideration to the applicant’s experience, academic capability, potential, goals, as well as the shortage of talents in relevant disciplines at WUST.
2. The basic remuneration includes the statutory salary, benefits, subsidy, performance salary, position allowance for high-level talents, as well as provident fund and social security contributions payable by the university.
3. The university gives key support to the excellent talents with the potential for the national-level youth talent program. National-level young talent program applicants in the name of WUST who enter the evaluation stage, but are not ultimately selected are entitled to benefits for national-level young talents.
4. High-level talents under the national and provincial talent programs can apply for senior titles through the green channel.
5. Excellent talents in research and development at well-known Chinese companies, such as those have a doctorate, master key technologies, presided over major industrial technology development, achievements application and industrialization at or above the provincial level, or serve as the chief technical leader of engineering (technology) research centers and other platforms at or above the provincial level, whose research and development results make outstanding contributions to the progress of industrial technology, and whose research and development fields meet the trend of related industrial innovations and the needs of discipline development at this university with an age of generally not more than 45 years are entitled to similar benefits of talents.
6. For outstanding talents with exceptional performance, the requirements for overseas work experience, title and age can be lowered.
IV. How to apply
