大型连轧机组具有高速、重载、生产线长、作业区域广、工作环境恶劣等特点,对其设备健康状态监测和故障诊断具有很大的研究价值。实验室人员通过研究热连轧机组状态检测系统的开发及应用、多传感器信息融合、基于非线性的故障特征提取及故障预测等一些关键技术,针对大型连轧机组建立了实用、可靠的状态监测和故障诊断系统。 主要创新贡献: 1)针对钢铁流程工业机组生成线长、作业区域广等问题,研发出一套基于OPC和CORBA的Internet/Intranet的分布式远程状态监测系统,实现设备特征信号数据的跨线程、长距离和长时间实时稳定传输; 2)对于冶金设备故障信号的非线性、非平稳以及早期微弱故障淹没在强背景噪声等特点,提出了基于相空间重构的局部投影降噪算法和主流行识别算法,从而有效地从设备状态数据中提取出有用信息,为设备的故障监测和诊断提供理论基础; 3)开发了一套精轧机组甩尾在线监测与报警系统,该系统对采集的机组声音信号采用数学形态谱分类方法进行分析计算,准确判断带钢是否发生甩尾现象,并对可能出现的故障进行预先报警处理。 研究成果为大型连轧机组建立实用、可靠的状态监测与故障诊断系统,从而实现生产线连续稳定生产,提高产品质量,避免重大停产事故,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为设备的预知维修与健康管理提供技术支撑。发表论文50余篇,其中SCI/EI收录30余篇,与宝武、湘钢等大型国有钢铁企业签订企业合同10余项,创造直接经济效益1.5亿余元。 佐证材料: 1、吕勇,热连轧机组状态监测与故障诊断技术及应用,湖北省科技进步一等奖 2、Yong Lv, Rui Yuan, Gangbing Song.
